If you purchased a new Zmodo video surveillance system we understand the remote viewing can be difficult if you dont have expereince working with routers, modems and other network devices. Each of our certified technicians have helped configure over 1000 systems already this year. Our guarantee is that your CCTV Camera System will be networked correctly with port forwarding for viewing with you Zmodo iphone or Android. You will find many helpful tools on the web but since every single modem and router is different it is impossible to list them all. Our service also includes setup of remote viewing software on a computer of your choice. The requirements for setting up your Zmodo DVR and new security system is a working computer with internet on the same network is the DVR. You will also need to have your DVR set to DHCP under the network settings of your new recorder along with a valid ip address issued by your router. In the ip address field it will say something other than if you have done this correctly. Routers can be very tricky and almost impossible to configure if you have both a router and modem on your network. We guarantee to get your ports forwarded very quickly and show you how to operate the mobile viewing function. 


Once you have purchased the tech install package, Zmodo support will email you shortly after to find out when the best time to complete the install. Please allow 30 to 60 minutes to configure all settings remotely. When it is time for your install please click here to request a client ID for our session and be ready to read us the 6 digit code. If it asks you to install anything just click ok and when finished it will show you the number in the box. 


Note: Our paid techincal staff is highly trained and paid to make sure the system is configured properly. This service is complete once your equipment is up and running with port forwarding verified working. In the future, should you make any changes occur including your ISP, router, modem, DVR etc... we will not be able to configure unless the tech install is purchased again. By purchasing this install you understand this is good for a single session and will be billed the same for any future sessions.
